Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Distribution Services Coordinator on the 55-acre campus in Missouri to support shipping, receiving, and mailroom operations.

You will navigate the site daily, ensure accurate receiving, and coordinate with multiple internal partners to maintain timely deliveries and shipments. The role requires 2+ years in customer service oriented shipping/receiving and 1+ year operating material handling equipment, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service–oriented shipping and receiving environment.
  • 1+ years of experience operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver interoffice mail, USPS items, and Ground/Air packages throughout our multi-building, 55-acre complex (up to 50 lbs).
  • Receive, scan, and track all incoming packages and shipments using SendSuite software.
  • Inspect materials upon arrival and complete receiving documentation, including coordination with the Pilot Plant.
  • Provide professional, customer-focused service and communicate effectively with internal partners.

As a Distribution Services Coordinator, you’ll support several key functions within Site Services, primarily shipping, receiving, and mailroom operations. You will navigate our 55-acre campus daily and play an essential role in ensuring all deliveries, packages, and mail are accurately received, inspected, processed, and delivered.

  • Pick up and deliver interoffice mail, USPS items, and Ground/Air packages throughout our multi-building, 55-acre complex (up to 50 lbs).

Requirements

  • May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. Buddy lift techniques may be utilized.

Salary: $35,618.40 to$51,019.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
