Job summary

Nestlé in Mechanicsburg is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Data Steward) to oversee shipping-related functions and warehouse inventory control. You will coordinate inbound/outbound loading, provide loading information, and ensure accuracy of paperwork.

The role requires SAP EWM expertise and will include a mix of weekday and weekend shifts with defined hours. Prior inventory/administrative experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of inventory control and/or administrative experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and direct order management, warehousing, shipping schedules and transportation execution to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Manage warehouse inventories of all finished goods, making adjustments as needed.
  • Act as functional expert for SAP EWM, providing support and training to warehouse operators as needed.
  • Oversee the administrative workflow to ensure accuracy, timeliness, reliability, regulatory and standards compliance of records and reporting of finished good shipments.
  • Complete assigned projects while maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring efficient operations and effective resource management within the organization.

As the Logistics Coordinator (Data Steward), you will be responsible for all shipping-related functions, including inventory management of the warehouse. You will work with leaders to assure timely and accurate loading of inbound and outbound product, as well as providing loading information and completing paperwork. You will help monitor reports to ensure product is accounted for.

This position will be a mixture of weekdays and weekends. Thursday - Friday: 12:00PM-8:00PM and Saturday - Sunday 8:00AM - 8:00PM with flexibility during off shift based on business need

Primary Responsibilities

Salary: $42,202.80 to$57,526.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
