Job summary

Oatey is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Cleveland, OH to coordinate upfront scheduling and strategic deployment of orders to shipping locations. You will monitor schedules, confirm orders, and work with transportation providers to meet on-time delivery.

The role requires basic knowledge of supply-chain logistics, OSHA/DOT rules, and proficiency in Word/Excel. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with one year of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One year related work experience with basic knowledge of supply‑chain logistics.
• New hire should have basic understanding of OSHA & DOT rules and safety policies.
• Computer literacy including Word and Excel; good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Confirm orders and schedule pickups for large customers.
• Deploy orders from mainframe WMS to the shipping system with proper sequencing.
• Plan export shipments and ensure proper documentation and shipping rules.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure on-time pickups and transfers.
• Assist in maintaining safety and security of the Distribution Center.
