Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Kentucky is hiring a Distribution Order Picker to accurately pick, stack, label, and distribute products within the warehouse. You will use RF scanners and voice-picking technology to ensure precise order selection and timely distribution.

This role requires lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with the ability to stand for long periods. You will follow SOPs, maintain safety standards, and support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to meet productivity goals help keep operations running efficiently and support the timely delivery of products.## WHAT YOU WILL DO...* Accurately pick, stack, label, and distribute products within the warehouse.* Transport materials and products from picking areas to designated warehouse locations.* Sort and place materials on pallets according to established criteria such as size, type, style, color, or product code.* Follow standard operating procedures while meeting established productivity and quality standards.* Utilize RF scanners, voice-picking equipment, and other warehouse technology to complete order selection activities.* Apply identifying labels and markings to products and materials as required.* Operate electric pallet jacks and other approved equipment when certified.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and properly storing supplies.* Keep aisles, exits, and workspaces clear of obstructions.* Follow proper lifting and material-handling procedures and promptly report defective equipment.* Adhere to all safety, food safety, sanitation, and personal protective equipment requirements.* Report workplace injuries, incidents, or property damage immediately to leadership.* Support Continuous Improvement initiatives, including 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain).* Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.## WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH...* Warehouse Operations Team Members* Distribution and Shipping Personnel* Supervisors and Team Leads* Safety and Quality Teams* Continuous Improvement Partners## WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (NICE TO HAVE)* Previous warehouse, distribution, order picking, or material handling experience.* Experience operating electric pallet jacks or other powered industrial equipment.* Certification to operate warehouse equipment.* Experience using RF scanning devices, voice-picking systems, or warehouse management technology.* Familiarity with food manufacturing, food distribution, or consumer goods environments.* Experience participating in Continuous Improvement or 5S initiatives.### Work Environment* Warehouse environment with moderate noise levels.* Exposure to varying operational demands based on production schedules and business needs.* Requires adherence to all safety, food safety, and housekeeping standards.**Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
