Job summary

Pentair is hiring a Commercial and Retail Distribution Supervisor for the Delavan, WI team. You will lead distribution and logistics, oversee warehouse staff, and coordinate with Production, Planning, Customer Service, and Operations to meet customer commitments.

Responsibilities include driving safety and efficiency, optimizing space, and advancing continuous improvement through Lean practices and KPI tracking. Join a team focused on reliable, safe, and timely product delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising distribution, warehouse, logistics, shipping, or supply chain activities including leadership of non-exempt employees.
• Demonstrated experience leading logistics or distribution operations within a manufacturing, warehouse, or fulfillment environment.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing teams while driving accountability and performance results.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily distribution and logistics operations, including shipping execution, workforce planning, carrier coordination, order prioritization, and outbound performance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to foster growth and accountability.
• Maintain a safe work environment with emphasis on safety programs, standard work, regulatory compliance, and accident-free areas.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Customer Service, and Operations to establish priorities and align resources.
• Schedule and assign employees, track KPIs, review performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
