ADUSA Distribution seeks a hands-on Supervisor, Distribution Operations, to keep the Mauldin distribution center running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will lead an engaged team, drive daily operational excellence, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

You'll collaborate with the Operations Manager and partners across Distribution, Transportation, and Inventory Management, influencing service to retail and continuous improvement of operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in general distribution operations or a BS/BA in a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College degree preferred
• Prior supervisory experience leading hourly associates preferred
• Certified on powered industrial equipment preferred
