Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a Distribution Manager to oversee all aspects of product distribution within a Sales Center, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance. You will lead supervisors and drivers, optimize routes, and manage invoicing and merchandising to meet performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse & Distribution, Supply Chain, logistics or related field.
• CDL-A and DOT Medical Card required.
• Strong communication and supervisory experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient distribution operations at the Sales Center.
• Manage schedules, routes, vehicle assignments, invoicing and merchandising activities.
• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and associates.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including DOT, DVIR and OSHA regulations.
