Job summary

Ventura Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Ontario, CA to lead daily operations in picking, loading, receiving and staging of orders. You will ensure safety, quality and GMP/FSMA compliance while striving for accuracy and efficiency.

You will mentor staff, optimize warehouse layout, manage inventory integrity, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and cost-effective processes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in logistics or related field.
• 5–10 years of logistics/warehouse supervision experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, storing and shipping of finished products.
• Coordinate safety, GMPs, FSMA compliance and housekeeping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with audits and logs.
• Hire, train and appraise warehouse personnel.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and documentation.
