Bass Pro Shops in Wheeling, WV is seeking a 2nd Shift Distribution Supervisor to lead warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing and shipping. You will supervise up to 50 associates, coach and develop staff, and drive process improvements while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a technical field or 5+ years of related experience, plus strong knowledge of warehouse systems (Manhattan WMS) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations Management, or 5+ years of related work experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in distribution operations.
• Proficiency with warehouse management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 50 associates and manage performance and development.
• Drive process improvements focusing on accuracy, cost, and schedule adherence.
• Monitor labor productivity and KPIs; optimize workflows in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain safety leadership and adherence to policies; utilize Manhattan WMS for operations.
