Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years leading high-volume distribution operations.
• Experience managing warehouse managers and 400+ staff.
• Proven track record improving productivity, quality and safety.
• Strong KPI, data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop managers overseeing 500+ employees.
• Drive continuous improvement and on-time, same-day shipping.
• Investigate issues and remove barriers to performance.
