This hands-on program features mentorship, professional development, and a final presentation to Distribution executive team members, with potential for a future offer for top performers.

Qualifications

• Rising Juniors/Seniors enrolled in a 4-year or 2-year degree program.
• Available for the full duration of the summer internship.
• Strong analytical thinkers with sophisticated problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership experience, teamwork and strong communication.
• Entrepreneurial drive and flexible work schedule.
• Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates while keeping safety and efficiency top of mind.
• Learn how retail operations and logistics networks partner to keep the business running.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and present findings.
• Collaborate with distribution and fulfillment center functions.
• Receive extensive on-the-job training and mentorship from leaders.
