HomeGoods, a TJX Companies, Inc. brand, offers a summer internship in Retail Management designed to immerse students in retail sales, customer service, merchandising, and operations within a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

Interns will learn from Store, District, and Regional leaders, shadow TJX executives, and engage in an experiential program that culminates in a final presentation and potential future opportunities within the TJX stores.

Qualifications

• Rising Seniors currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program or students enrolled in a 2-year degree program
• Available for the full duration of the internship program during the summer
• Analytical problem solvers with a passion for contributing to business goals, and motivating others
• Leadership experience, ability to collaborate, and strong communication skills
• The confidence and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• An entrepreneurial drive and curiosity for business knowledge
• Able to accommodate a flexible in person work schedule that includes nights and weekends

Responsabilités

• Learn retail sales, customer service, merchandising and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn to lead, develop, and motivate a diverse team of Associates.
• Actively collaborate with Store, District, and Regional Leadership.
• Learn from and shadow TJX leaders.
• Gain exposure to the lifecycle of the off-price business model.
• Learn how management leads the execution of Merchandise Standards and Operating Processes.
• Focus on an operational project and deliver a final presentation to executive leadership.
• Participate in volunteering experiences, an executive-led speaker series, and networking events.
