Oncor Electric Delivery is seeking a supervisor to manage the Distribution Operations Center, coordinating routine and emergency switching and service restoration to maintain optimal system conditions.

The role requires leadership of DOC operations, strong safety adherence, and effective communication with stakeholders. Applicants should bring 5+ years in transmission or distribution and a track record of process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the operation of the Distribution Operations Center (DOC) and coordinates routine and emergency switching and service restoration.
• Maintains and monitors the integrity of the electric distribution system and directs restoration activities.
• Oversees daily switching activities in accordance with DOC procedures.
• Maintains communication with DOC stakeholders and management.
• Ensures SOP adherence and proper record keeping; supports training and operator development.
• Contributes to SOP development and DOC process improvements; participates in cross-functional initiatives.
• Performs all essential job functions and related duties as assigned.
