Role Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment
• Ensure proper loading on trailers and complete all shipping paperwork
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and participate in safety programs and trainings
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, hand-held devices, and racks
• Contribute to team efforts and perform additional duties as needed for department success

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to work on assigned tasks with a teamwork mindset
• Problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
• Self-motivated with flexibility to work varying schedules
• Maintain positive morale within the team

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience considered
• ERP technology experience is a plus but not required (training provided)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods

Reports to: Distribution Manager/Supervisor

The Distribution Material Handler plays a key role in maintaining our high standards by overseeing internal product movement and ensuring quality standards are upheld.
