Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Utah seeks a Distribution Manager II to lead the overall strategic direction of the distribution function, focusing on delivery standards, efficiency, and market execution. You will develop distribution plans, manage budgets, and drive customer success.

The role requires a mix of leadership, logistics expertise, and strong communication with internal teams and customers. This position offers a path to impact and growth within a large bottling organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years industry-relevant experience.
• 2+ years CDL is required in some locations (or must be able to obtain within 60 days of employment).
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop strategic distribution and customer execution plans to deliver against budgeted volume, profit and expenses.
• Staff, lead, mentor, motivate, and hold team accountable to achieve goals.
• Play a leadership role in building relationships with internal/external associates.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned
