The role focuses on expanding warehouse capabilities in support of Berger’s growth strategies and customer satisfaction.

You will direct training, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with leadership to manage budgets and expand value-added services for retailers and consumers.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor with distribution experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution center team to meet monthly and quarterly shipping goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, accuracy, delivery and cost.
• Develop and manage budgets to support business needs while minimizing expenses.
• Monitor and improve product quality to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Direct and train staff to achieve high performance and align with company goals.
• Support future initiatives to offer value-added services to retailers and customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace compliant with OSHA policies.
