Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a hands-on Distribution Manager to lead our Colorado warehouse and delivery operations. You will oversee orders, inventory, fleet, and customer deliveries while coaching teams for peak performance.

The role requires a track record in large-scale distribution, P&L ownership, and strong leadership, with a focus on safety, cost control, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in warehouse, transportation, logistics, or distribution with leadership.
• P&L ownership experience and ability to manage budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA/DOT) and fleet operations.
• Experience with data analysis and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
