Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a hands-on Distribution Manager to lead our Colorado warehouse and delivery operations. You will oversee orders, inventory, fleet, and customer deliveries while coaching teams for peak performance.

The role requires a track record in large-scale distribution, P&L ownership, and strong leadership, with a focus on safety, cost control, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in warehouse, transportation, logistics, or distribution with leadership.
• P&L ownership experience and ability to manage budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA/DOT) and fleet operations.
• Experience with data analysis and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and delivery ops including orders, inventory, fleet and customers.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse and delivery leaders and teams.
• Ensure OSHA/DOT safety compliance and safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor performance, labor costs, service levels and expenses.
• Plan staffing, scheduling and resources to meet needs.
• Identify processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and service.
• Maintain driver qualification records and hours-of-service compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Inventory Control.
