Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to cross-train in other departments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign job responsibilities to department personnel as directed by the supervisor.
• Ensure all team members arrive on time and stay within scheduled time frames.
• Identify underperforming associates and retrain as needed.
• Train team members on proper procedures and verify processes are performed accurately.
