Deckers Brands in Mooresville, IN is seeking a Seasonal Distribution Lead to oversee daily productivity and task delegation within the distribution center. You will monitor waves, ensure adequate headcount, and communicate issues to leadership to sustain throughput.

The role requires English proficiency, readiness to train staff, and ability to operate RF scanners and lift up to 50 lbs. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and speak English fluently.

• Willing to cross-train across departments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and assign job responsibilities to department personnel as directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain steady workflow within the department and dependent Fulfillment teams.
• Identify associates underperforming against goals and retrain as needed.
• Train team members on procedures and verify processes for completeness.
