Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Shipping Lead for the B shift (Friday to Sunday) in Mooresville, IN. You will oversee daily productivity, delegate tasks, monitor waves, and ensure adequate headcount to meet shift output. You’ll coach associates, communicate issues to Leads and Management, and maintain fair, professional operations.

You’ll train staff on procedures, track performance, and ensure accurate processes. English fluency and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and speaks English clearly for team communication.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Comfortable learning to operate RF Scanner and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate tasks to department associates as directed.
• Ensure on-time attendance, breaks, and adherence to schedules.
• Identify underperformers and retrain; coach for productivity.
• Verify processes are completed accurately and completely.
