Responsibilities

• Lead and assign job responsibilities to all department personnel as directed by the department supervisor.
• Ensure team members arrive on time, take breaks, and stay within scheduled time frames.
• Identify associates who underperform and retrain as needed.
• Train team members on procedures and verify processes are performed accurately.
