Job summary

Deckers Brands Mooresville Distribution Center is seeking a Distribution Lead to oversee daily department productivity. You will delegate tasks, monitor headcount, and review reports to ensure the shift meets production goals while coaching associates on performance.

The role requires reading, writing and speaking English, proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Cross-training and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily productivity of the department.
• Delegate tasks to associates hourly.
• Read and react to incoming waves reports to ensure adequate headcount.
• Track associate performance and raise issues to Leads/Management.
• Coach associates on productivity and behavior as needed.
• Ensure a steady workflow within the department and Fulfillment areas.
• Verify processes for accuracy and completeness of jobs.
• Train team members on procedures as directed by the supervisor.
