Job summary

Deckers Outdoor Corporation is seeking a Shipping Lead for the Mooresville, IN Midwest Distribution Center. The role will oversee daily productivity, delegate tasks, monitor waves and headcount, and ensure timely completion of production for the shift.

You will coach associates and communicate with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers in English. The position requires reading/writing/speaking English, experience with RF scanners, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and speaks English.
• Ability to learn to operate RF Scanner and other necessary job tools.
• Patience and capability to train associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign job responsibilities to all department personnel as directed by the department supervisor.
• Maintain steady workflow within the department and dependent Fulfillment departments.
• Identify associates underperforming and retrain if necessary.
• Train team members on proper procedures and verify accuracy and completeness.
