Job summary

Sika is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for distribution in the US to lead the planning team and optimize inventory health across the distribution network, collaborating with demand planners, operations, and customer service to meet service and cost targets.

You will grow and coach a high‑performing team, drive forecast accuracy at SKU level, and implement improvements that reduce storage, obsolescence, and transportation costs while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business management.
• 7+ years experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or forecasting.
• APICS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distribution planning team to optimize inventory health.
• Maximize product turns and minimize scrap risk in the distribution network.
• Coordinate with demand planning to improve SKU forecast accuracy.
• Maintain product availability across distribution centers.
• Interface with customer service and sales to align on customer needs.
• Drive process improvements and automate where possible.
