Job summary
SATO America LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a hands-on Manager of Distribution, Fulfillment, and Facilities to lead daily warehouse operations and oversee facilities management at the Charlotte site. You will manage inventory accuracy, labor planning, and vendor relationships while driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
The role requires strong leadership, experience with ERP/WMS systems, and the ability to coordinate projects across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, operations, facilities, or related environments; supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and ERP/WMS systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management of warehouse operations (receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and material handling).
- Oversee facilities maintenance, vendor management, preventive maintenance, and safety/compliance programs.
- Lead, train, coach and develop warehouse staff; manage performance and time-off requests.
