Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, preparing shipping docs, and performing general warehouse duties while maintaining data accuracy and supporting KPI tracking. A lean/kaizen mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse operations
• At least 1 year in a lead or coordinator role
• Customer-facing experience required (shipping/coordination)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn POS and inventory systems quickly
• Lean/kaizen experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customers on order status, shipping updates, and issue resolution
• Coordinate logistics with carriers to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Prepare shipping docs: packing slips, bills of lading, labels, and international paperwork
• Perform warehouse tasks: receiving, cycle counts, packing, housekeeping
• Enter data related to shipping, inventory, planning, and KPI tracking
• Support quality control to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Participate in 5S, kaizen events, and continuous improvement activities
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to achieve daily goals
