Job summary

Envision LED Lighting is seeking a dependable Distribution Associate / Forklift Operator for our Houston warehouse. The role focuses on order fulfillment, packing, shipping/receiving, inventory handling, and safe operation of multiple forklift types in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehouse roles, hands-on experience with sit-down, stand-up, reach, and narrow-aisle forklifts, as well as training others on equipment safety and Lean/5S practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience.
• 5+ years of forklift operating experience.
• Experience operating multiple powered industrial equipment types.
• Experience training or onboarding others on forklift equipment.
• Strong knowledge of safe forklift operation and warehouse safety practices.
• Familiarity with Lean and 5S practices.
• Experience with pallet racking and narrow-aisle configurations.
• Shipping, receiving, and inventory control experience.
• OSHA safety requirements familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, label, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, reach, articulated/narrow-aisle forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as required.
• Move, retrieve, store, replenish, and stage inventory throughout the distribution center.
• Retrieve pallets and products from warehouse racking using appropriate material-handling equipment.
• Palletize, stage, wrap, and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Support daily shipping and receiving activities, including verifying quantities and identifying discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are stored in appropriate locations.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, stock organization, and inventory-control activities.
