Job summary

Jasper Engines & Transmissions is seeking a forklift distribution associate in Jasper, AL. The role involves loading and unloading trailers, and setting up/breaking down racking systems to meet deadlines.

Candidate must read and understand computer printouts; overtime may be required. Prior forklift experience is preferred, and the environment is climate controlled with additional benefits targeted at employees.

Qualifications

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8–10 hours).

Power Drive - Forklift Distribution

Job Overview: This requires a detailed person that will be responsible for loading, unloading truck trailers and set-up and breaking down of the racking system. This is a self-directed position requiring the person to read and understand computer printouts to accurately load and unload the trailers to meet the specified deadlines. Must be able to work overtime. Computer knowledge is required. Prior forklifts experience is preferred.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
• Overtime available

• Starting rate $20.00 + based on experience.
