Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Distribution Fulfillment Center (DFC) daily operations in California. You will lead a team to meet targets, ensure safety and quality standards, and collaborate across departments to improve efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in financial or operational management, strong leadership, and experience driving process improvements. You will oversee inventory, coordinate with supply chain, and contribute to strategic planning for service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a financial or operational management role.
• Experience developing and implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of associates to meet daily operational targets and maintain high productivity.
• Monitor and ensure safety, quality, and operational standards within the DFC.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Assist in development and training of team members.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Address and resolve operational issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to enhance performance and service delivery.
