Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Distribution Center Manager in Tampa, FL. Lead all facility operations, manage drivers and DC staff, ensure on-time shipments, and enforce safety and compliance programs.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of operations leadership, experience with fleet under DOT, and strong budgeting and coaching abilities. This role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ operations leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing fleet of delivery vehicles under DOT compliance.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Experience with safety, OSHA, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility operations including scheduling and management of drivers, supervisors, leads and distribution center staff.
• Manage day-to-day DC operations including unloading/loading shipments; ensure accuracy and timeliness of shipments and paperwork.
• Enforce safety, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local warehousing, fleet, and shipping regulations.
• Maintain secure, clean, and efficient distribution center environment.
• Recruit, select, and train distribution center staff; coach team members as needed.
