Job summary

Hyperion Solutions is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the Distribution segment to partner with leadership on strategic and operational decisions. The role focuses on driving EBITDA improvements, analyzing product economics, and supporting growth initiatives across Torin, ZZIPCO, and Vator brands.

The successful candidate will translate financial data into actionable insights, lead budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Sourcing, and Distribution leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
• 3+ years in FP&A or corporate/strategic finance roles.
• Experience supporting distribution, manufacturing, or supply-chain businesses.
• Strong financial modeling, including forecasting and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted finance partner to Distribution leadership, providing financial insight to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Build business cases for capital investments, operational initiatives, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze product economics and sales deal profitability, including pricing, margin impact, customer profitability, and ROI.
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders to evaluate financial trade-offs and support data-driven decision-making.
