Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, inventory control, ToolWatch ticket fulfillment, and performing grounding and color-coding procedures.

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in inventory/control, calibration of equipment, Asset Management, tool/rental data entry.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Inventory/Material Control, Accounting, Timekeeping, GPS or related software systems.
  • Completion of the Distribution Facility Representative/Technician Training/Growth Program or equivalent experience.
  • Possess a state issued driver’s license and pass MVR check.

  • Handle, store, ship, and receive assets and equipment.
  • Fulfill pick tickets and execute ToolWatch count tickets for audits.
  • Perform monthly inspections and grounding tests on assets/equipment.
  • Assist with site inventories at project locations as needed.
  • Maintain general housekeeping and adhere to safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required.

General Information/Job Summary

Basic function Under appropriate supervision and/or designated direction, the Distribution Facility Representative – I is responsible for the handling, storage, shipping, and receiving of assets and equipment, fulfillment of pick tickets, general housekeeping, and the execution of ToolWatch generated count tickets regarding scheduled annual audits. This position will also be responsible for the monthly inspection and assured grounding tests for the assets and equipment utilized regularly by the Distribution Facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform the handling and storage of Assets, Equipment, Materials, and Consumables as they relate to the daily activities associated with the respective Distribution Facility
  • Conduct shipping, receiving, and logistical processes for all Assets and Equipment provided by the respective Distribution Facility
  • Fulfillment of Pick Tickets within the ToolWatch system as directed.
  • Execute the ToolWatch generated Count Tickets for annually scheduled audits regarding the respective Distribution Facility.
  • Perform the assured grounding and monthly color-coding procedures on all owned Assets and Equipment actively utilized in the respective Distribution Facility with full adherence to the HSE procedures.
  • Periodically assist with site inventories at project locations as needed.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the respective Distribution Facility
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in work involving inventory/material control, calibration and certification of equipment, Asset Management, tool and equipment rental, and data entry
  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Intermediate knowledge and skills in Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate knowledge and skills in Inventory/Material Control, Accounting, Timekeeping, GPS, or any other software systems related to the Capital Resources Department Team Communication Skills
  • Completion of the Distribution Facility Representative/Technician – Training/Growth Program or experience in a similar field/position
  • Possess a state issued driver’s license and can pass a company MVR check
Safety Requirements
  • On a continual basis, promote an awareness of environmental, health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all company policies.
  • Ability to pass drug test as mandated by Saulsbury Industries.
  • Must attend and successfully complete Saulsbury Industries safety training education.
  • Attends safety meetings and specialty training as directed by management.
  • Attends various training classes as may be assigned by management.
  • Physically perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
