Job summary

Owens & Minor is hiring for a Distribution Team - Equipment Operator position. You will perform warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, sortation, and loading, using RF and Voice Pick technology.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely processing of shipments within a fast-paced team. Qualified candidates have prior warehouse experience or certifications, a willingness to learn new material handling equipment, and a strong attendance record.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse/distribution center is a plus.
• Familiarity with RF scanning and Voice Pick technology is desirable.
• Willingness to learn how to operate material handling equipment and WMS technologies.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading pallets and cases from inbound shipments using pallet jack.
• Accurately counts, verifies, and documents inventory with RF or Voice Pick tech.
• Perform picking, sortation, and loading of products to meet batch requirements.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and follow SOPs.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
