Job summary

Owens & Minor is hiring for a Distribution Team - Equipment Operator. The role involves unloading inbound shipments, RF-assisted picking, sortation, and loading outbound orders. Shifts run Monday–Friday, 8am start, in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

We require basic math and general education, with prior warehouse experience a plus. Training on WMS and material handling equipment is provided, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of math, reading, basic accounting and typing.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
• Warehouse/Operations certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload pallets from inbound trailers and verify quantities with RF/Voice Pick.
• LUM picking: select quantities via RF/Voice Pick and place into totes for processing.
• Sortation: prepare pallets and carts for product flow and batch placement.
• Loading: ensure correct loading onto trucks using RF and pallet jack.
