Qualifikationen

• Requires distribution engineering experience in a power utility
• Three+ years of Distribution Engineering experience required
• Experience with storm restoration and leadership
• Experience with design, construction, maintenance, asset management
• Experience with IBEW personnel and committees preferred

• Provide leadership and performance management for distribution activities
• Lead safety, budgeting, scheduling and compliance
• Mentor and develop talent within the Distribution Area
• Support Co-Ops and strategic workforce initiatives
• Lead large-scale engineering projects and storm response
