Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Distribution Drafter who will work within our Power Delivery Solutions organization, collaborating with engineers to deliver 2D/3D drawings for distribution projects. You’ll learn NESC methods, electrical calculations and coordinate with substation and civil disciplines.

The role provides mentorship, training opportunities, and a fast-paced environment designed for career growth and hands-on drafting experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 1+ years of drafting and detailing experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation with attention to detail.
• Ability to create and modify drawings from engineer markups.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2D and/or 3D drawings in support of the distribution team.
• Create plan and profile drawings for overhead and underground projects.
• Develop and maintain drafting standards and processes.
• Support remote office CAD workload with coordination across offices.
