Technical Associate Degree or 60 credit hours toward a 4 year degree in a related field from an accredited school and worked 2 years as an Distribution Designer or related work, OR Must possess a 4 Year Technical Degree in a related field from an accredited school and worked 1 years as an Distribution Designer or related work. Thorough knowledge of engineering and design principles, company standards, applicable electrical codes, and appropriate company processes and policies. Willing and able to communicate effectively with customers, department management, co-workers, and other groups. Know and understand Company's safety rules, and be able to administer all approved methods of first aid/CPR. Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
