Job summary

L’Oréal USA Streetsboro, OH is seeking a Manager – Continuous Improvement to lead Operational Excellence across the NA Fulfillment Services network. You will develop and deploy sustainable improvement methodologies to improve safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency in distribution centers.

The role requires hands-on leadership of Lean, Six Sigma, DMS,Kaizen, and data-driven problem solving with focus on standardization and network replication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, operations management, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years leading Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean, Engineering, or Supply Chain initiatives.
• Proven ability to deliver productivity, cost, service, and operational improvements.
• Experience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or fulfillment environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site CI roadmap aligned with NAFS objectives.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, DMS, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and problem-solving deployments.
• Identify operational gaps through data analysis and benchmarking.
• Build and implement sustainable mechanisms driving productivity, efficiency, and cost improvements.
• Establish governance to prioritize and resource improvement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Partner with NAFS leaders to support enterprise-wide CI initiatives.
• Lead cross-site projects focusing on productivity, automation, capacity, labor efficiency, inventory flow, and customer service improvements.
• Replicate best practices across NAFS distribution centers.
• Facilitate cross-site benchmarking and maturity assessments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Lean systems and change management.
