Distribution Clerk Position – Milwaukee, WI:

Shift hours: *Currently hiring for night shift, but needs to be open to working off-shifts when needed *

• • • *Currently hiring for 12 hour Night crew*

      • 12-hour shifts (7 pm to 7 am)
      • Schedule Pattern:
      • 2-2-3 Schedule – on-shift for 2 days, off-shift for 2 days, on-shift 3 for days, etc.
    • Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
    • Plant operation is 24/7.

Pay:

• $25.16 per hour

What your day will look like:

• Creating high-quality foods eaten nationwide every day
• Using technology in an industry-leading facility
• Working with experienced operators eager to pass down knowledge and willing to teach new workers
• Challenging yourself to do the job right and gain skills for future opportunities

• Unload raw materials from trailers into the ASRS, maintaining HAACP procedures and documentation
• Receive spices, mark manufacturing dates, and store pallets using FIFO
• Inspect startup, shutdown, and sampling procedures for oils, ensuring HAACP and GMP compliance, and executing spill procedures
• Inspect outbound trailers, load finished products, and stage them properly
• Deliver materials to support production
• Unload finished cubes, stage them, and change ribbons, labels, and stretch film as needed
• Verify, unload, and store inbound packaging materials
• Stage packaging materials according to production schedules
• Troubleshoot issues with ASRS, labelers, stretch wrappers, conveyors, and Red Prairie equipment
• Manage UPS packages and outbound shipments
• Load scrap and recycled materials into trailers
• Repackage damaged goods as directed
• Follow safety policies, maintain cleanliness, operate equipment, and assist with inventory and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or production experience

Physical requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting
• Work at heights using stairs, ladders, lifts, or platforms
• Wear protective clothing and equipment as required
• Work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet environments, and around moving machinery
• Work with potential allergens in a food environment
