A leading company in remote lodging services is seeking a Remote Billeting Clerk to handle various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and can multitask effectively in a remote setting. Responsibilities include managing accommodations and travel arrangements, ensuring superior service delivery despite challenging conditions. This role requires a high school diploma and at least five years of relevant office experience.
The Remote Billeting Clerk provides a variety of administrative duties needed to provide remote lodging services to individuals from various companies, organizations, and/or departments. The successful candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, must possess a strong ability to adjust to changing priorities while ensuring superior customer service at all times.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Weather: Indoors/Outdoors – Frequently exposed to arctic conditions.
Noise level: The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
Description of environment: Remote camp setting.
Physical requirements: Must constantly be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, push, pull use hands and arms, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
