Job summary

National Life Group is offering a summer internship program at Montpelier, VT. This internship runs 10 weeks (June 1 - August 6) with a formal orientation and onboarding. The role is onsite four days per week (Mon-Thu) with core days subject to change.

You will support marketing, analytics, and cross-departmental projects while learning from mentors. The position provides exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives, learning opportunities, and a structured environment conducive to career development

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology or Business Management.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.00.
• Computer skills include Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and assess learning evaluation results and tracking metrics.
• Support development of internal marketing and communication plans to promote programming and initiatives.
• Assist Key Account Managers who support agents’ sales activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct business analytics and industry research.
• Assist with market research on potential markets.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
