Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our distribution center in the United States. You will unload inbound shipments, verify counts, and process receipts, while preparing pick locations for outbound orders.

Using RF/Voice Pick and motorized equipment, you will pick, pack and load goods to meet customer specifications. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and provides a structured second shift with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse/distribution center experience is a plus.
• Warehouse/Operations certification is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk on concrete floors, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets and cases from inbound trailers and containers.
• Receive, count, verify, and document variances; load outbound orders.
• Perform replenishment and pick/pack activities using RF/Voice Pick.
• Operate motorized equipment (order picker, reach truck, pallet jack) safely.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and adhere to SOPs.
