Job Overview

The Team Leader promotes and maintains warehouse productivity and efficiencies by working as a direct floor leader.

Schedule

The typical schedule is Sunday - Thursday, with hours varying based on business needs. Flexibility is required.

Essential Job Functions

• Verify and record product quantities, identity, availability, and condition; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., shift start, vacation, sick calls).
• Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Over 1 year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
