Job summary

The Kendall Group, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Lead to support materials management and training within our Distribution Center team. You will help ensure workflow efficiency, accuracy, and safety while guiding associates in daily tasks and process adherence.

You will oversee order prioritization, inventory handling, and equipment operation, contributing to smooth distribution operations and continuous improvement within a values-driven, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior warehouse experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to use bar code scanners, printers and warehouse equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently
• Team player with ability to follow supervision
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a distribution environment

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor/Manager with daily tasks and projects
• Assist Associates with workflow questions and problems
• Manage queues inside Kendall business system
• Prioritize workflow of scheduled orders
• Verify accuracy of Associates' work
• Support inventory receipt, placement, selection and shipment
• Learn to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Participate in safety initiatives and housekeeping
• Attend meetings and training sessions
• Perform other Distribution Center tasks as assigned
