Ideal candidates have 3 years in warehouse operations, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and office equipment.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct performance and outcomes of the owner-associates with coaching and discipline as needed.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and service excellence through process development and team leadership.
• Interviews, hires, schedules, and evaluates staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels daily.
• Coordinate with Territory Owner-Associates on routing requirements.
• Manage queues in Kendall business system and control material flow.
