Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Must have a least one (1) year of leadership in a Distribution Center/ Warehouse environment
• Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation which can fulfil operational and customer demand and meet set goals
• Ensure the delivery of materials to production lines in accordance with production schedules
• Assist in the training of new DC associates within area of responsibility
• Where possible resolve any issues or problems which occur. Where appropriate elevate the issue to a more senior level
• Review ways to reduce errors and wastes
• Ensure staff comply to health, safety and environmental regulations and work safely to protect themselves and others in the DC environment
• Ensure clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency
• Stocking pack stations for start-up.
• Assist pickers in reducing transition time between order batches
• Processing orders requiring special handling
• Picking bulk orders requiring the use of powered industrial equipment
• Able to run nightly reports on error and production
• Performing product relocations
• Performing bin audits
• Other duties as assigned

Three+ years of proven warehouse experience of. Ability to motivate, develop and lead others. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/ cost of poor quality. Good planning skills and able to meet targets and deadlines. Excellent attention to details.

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Products to include excel.
