Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Distribution Operations to keep our distribution center running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will guide an engaged team of associates, drive daily operational excellence, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Operations Manager and cross-functional partners across Distribution, Transportation, and Inventory Management to improve service to retail and customers,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in general distribution operations or a BS/BA in a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• College degree (preferred)
• Prior supervisory experience leading hourly associates (preferred)
• Certified on powered industrial equipment (preferred)
