Reser’s Fine Foods is seeking a warehouse supervisor responsible for coordinating the receiving and storage of finished products in a distribution center. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and leadership of shipping and receiving teams.

The position requires 3+ years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift experience, and strong basic math and PC skills. English/Spanish bilingual is preferred; overtime may be required.

Mansioni

• Supervises and coordinates the receiving and storing of finished goods.
• Contacts carrier representative to arrange and issue instructions for delivery of materials.
• Assists shipping employees with the loading of trucks as needed.
• Implements changes to processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
• Maintains an organized and clean work area.
• Assists in the raw materials warehouse as needed.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality required.
