Job summary

Kohls is seeking a Supervisior, Distribution Center to oversee merchandise processing and daily warehouse operations. You will manage multiple departments, drive inventory accuracy, and align with partners to resolve issues while meeting service levels and cost targets.

Responsibilities include staff development, safety compliance, and proactive planning for multi-shift operations. Strong leadership and WMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires prior experience managing teams in a distribution/warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems is essential.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree is required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills required.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems is preferred.
• Flexibility to support multi-shift operations and overtime as needed.
• Ability to train and cross-train staff in multiple departments.
• Experience with OPS/SCM systems like WMS/WCS/LMS is a plus.
